About Our Founder
History
Scott Herbst, PhD, BCBA got his doctorate at the University of Nevada, Reno where he studied Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), Relational Frame Theory (RFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT).
He spent six years as a professor in the Applied Behavior Analysis program at the Chicago School of
Professional Psychology where he developed his first courses in RFT and ACT.
In 2015 he left that position to found SixFlex.
Scott has coached and trained 1000’s of people and teams to produce breakthroughs in performance in all areas of life both professional and personal.
